Rust

We are in a northern Italian city in the late 1970s. During a hot summer, in a neighbourhood on the outskirts of town inhabited by immigrants from the south and the northeast, the gang led by Carmine, a Sicilian, spends its time playing games and clashing with other small gangs. That summer, a new physician arrives in the neigh- bourhood: the elegant and aristocratic Dr. Boldrini. The people in the area, who are socially far humbler, admire the doctor, and are in awe of him. Only Carmine and his little friends, Sandro, Cinzia, Betta, Andrea, and Tonio, are to dramatically realize the man’s true nature..
