Ten years after his election as mayor of Marina di Sopra di Cetto la Qualunque had lost track. We discover that he lives in Germany and, aside from any political ambition, Cetto la Qualunque today for the Germans is only an irresistible and picturesque successful businessman, who considers Germany a land of conquests and the mafia a quality brand. In fact, its chain of restaurants and pizzerias is very popular; he has a beautiful German companion and two neo-Nazi in-laws who look at him with the sympathy reserved for migrants. The call of his land, however, remains strong and the news of the worsening conditions of his beloved aunt who raised him, leads him to return to the place of crime and delight. In Italy his aunt will reveal something to him about his past, and about his birthplace, which will change forever the course of his life and, unfortunately, also those of his children. Cetto returns to command and this time the consequences can be imponderable.
